Whatever you think of either Medal of Honor or Linkin Park, this is an interesting turn of events. I’ve seen singles debut within the likes of Rock Band and Guitar Hero before, but here we see a song appear alongside a trailer for an FPS.
In fairness, the song makes sense sitting alongside the imagery, which is a mix of game footage and seemingly politic statement about America’s involvement in global conflicts. Or that could just be me reading far too much into a rather shiny trailer. Though, for my liking there is a little too much of people being shot in the neck, but I can’t have it all.
