		<description>I&#039;d just be worried if it impacted on the experience for people that actually need to be there for research and development processes, that&#039;d be the time to draw a line I think.

I&#039;ve not heard much coming out of Develop this year though, maybe they&#039;ve stayed along the puritanical lines :)</description>

		<description>Oh, yes, it&#039;s a two sided thing, that&#039;s for sure. Of course they did start a long time ago as an actual get together where like minded people could discuss ideas. The use of the internet has now made that far easier and so whilst the conference itself may not be as important as it once was to the spread of ideas the hobnobbing and networking surely are.</description>
